I highly recommend the Lichfield branch of Francesco's; from the moment you step into the salon you are in safe hands. Thank you Lexi for my very informative colour consultation I had with you last week! I have been having my hair cut by Lauren for the last 18 months, who always does a truly fantastic cut every single time! Yesterday, Katie worked absolute wonders on my colour and highlights - she is amazing! Sophie finished off with a lovely blow dry and was a joy throughout! The front of house was fantastic and I felt so relaxed and welcomed straight away! Every member of staff here is full of knowledge and smiles, and so friendly and polite. I left feeling so happy! Booked to have a Men’s cut and finish with Lauren having not had my hair cut professionally for 6 years. Lauren was great in offering a range of options for my style, leaving me really happy with the end result. During the appointment Lauren was very friendly, interesting and made the experience enjoyable. Receptionist was also very attentive and I have already booked in for the next cut! Jamie

From the time you enter the salon until you leave the staff are friendly helpful and extremely professional. It’s a real pleasure to visit this salon.
